Pre-decorating the triangular mounts are 3 each, total 6, prong set round cut diamonds, and 6 each, total 12, prong set round cut diamonds on either side of the shank. Also seen is a bezel set round cut diamond each on the gallery center front and back, and a 14 karat yellow gold milgrain Lattice on the sides.
